When you open a buyer's LinkedIn profile with the Chrome extension, or open an upcoming meeting, Dextego shows your communication compatibility with that person.
How the score works
- Dextego reads public data about you and the buyer and builds a DISC and Big 5 profile for each of you.
- DISC explains how someone communicates at work. Big 5 explains why they behave the way they do.
- The score compares the two profiles. Above 80% means you can mostly keep your natural style. Below that, the panel tells you what to adjust.
What you'll see
- You vs. the buyer: your profile on the left, theirs on the right. Hover over any DISC or Big 5 label to see what it means.
- Communication traits: for example decisive or impact driven.
- Best practices and things to avoid: for example "focus on measurable ROI" and "avoid absolute statements or too much social proof".
- Decision factors and how to build rapport.
- Motivators, a suggested approach, key talking points, likely objections and ideal answers.
