Does Dextego monitor or judge employees?
No. Dextego is a coaching platform, not a surveillance tool. It does not “spy” on employees or evaluate them behind the scenes. Coaching happens in practice environments and consent-based interactions. The goal is development, not punishment. Dextego creates clarity and growth, not fear. When users use the Motivation AI Coach (Esther), managers can’t see user conversations.
Can employees see exactly what admins see?
Employees can see their own feedback, insights, and scores. Admins see aggregated performance trends, development areas, and progression metrics. Admins do not see private practice conversations or raw responses unless explicitly enabled. Transparency and psychological safety are core design principles.
Can Dextego be used for performance reviews or promotions?

What’s Dextego’s privacy policy?
Dextego values user privacy and is transparent about data collection and usage. The website’s content is safeguarded by intellectual and proprietary rights, and users are prohibited from unauthorized alterations. Personal data such as names and contact details are collected for service provision, and inquiries can be directed to support@dextego.com. Admins have anonymous access to the employees’ data including questions and responses, but they can see their scores to track progress over time.
Is my data safe with Dextego?
Your data is safe as we follow Data At Rest Encryption (DARE) and have a double layer encryption for the client (first layer is Auth0 and second is proprietary for the type of data we push). Lastly, we have fully managed cloud and rotating keys.
Does Dextego sell client data?
At Dextego, we take data privacy seriously. We want you to know that we are fully committed to safeguarding your information. We never sell data, and we do not engage in hidden or forced data collection practices. Your trust is paramount to us, and we have stringent measures in place to ensure that your data remains secure and confidential.
