Once your calendar is connected, a participant called Dextego Notetaker joins your external meetings. It works with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as long as the meeting link is in the calendar invite.
When the Notetaker won't join
- Internal meetings, where everyone invited is from your own company.
- Meetings that were deleted from your calendar, or when your calendar is disconnected.
- When real-time coaching isn't turned on for your team. Ask your admin, or see Set up teams and coaching settings.
- When your organization has no Real-Time Coach add-on, or its live minutes have run out. Coaching resumes when minutes renew. See How live minutes work.
Meeting statuses
On the Meetings page each call shows a status: Scheduled, Joining, Live, Completed, Not started, Waiting for host, Not admitted, Failed or Cancelled. If you see Not admitted, the host didn't let the Notetaker in from the waiting room.
Remove the Notetaker from a call
Don't want Dextego on a particular call? Just remove the Dextego Notetaker from the meeting like any other participant.
- Open the participants list in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Find Dextego Notetaker.
- Choose remove from the meeting. If you're not the host, ask the host to remove it.
