How live minutes work

Live minutes are used when the Dextego Notetaker coaches a call. Unused minutes roll over, and coaching pauses if they run out.

Minutes are deducted after each call the Notetaker joins.
Unused minutes roll over. The rollover balance resets every six months.
If your organization runs out, the Notetaker stops joining calls and coaching resumes when minutes renew. An admin can add more under Admin, then Billing. See Manage your plan and billing.
