Install the Real-Time Coach desktop app

The Dextego desktop app gives you a floating Tego widget during calls. It's available for macOS, Windows and Linux.

  1. Go to the Dextego download page.
  2. Choose your device: macOS (Apple Silicon or Intel), Windows (.exe or .msi), or Linux (AppImage, .deb or .rpm).
  3. Install and open the app, then click Sign in with Dextego.
  4. Your meetings appear in the app. When a call starts, choose Open Live or Widget.

Desktop preferences

  • Screen sharing: choose whether the app, the widget, both, or neither are visible when you share your screen. Hidden from sharing keeps coaching private.
  • Auto-open widget: open the widget automatically when the Notetaker joins, or only when you click the notification.
