Create your account and workspace

Sign up with your work email, create your organization, and complete the short onboarding so your coaching is personalized from day one.

Sign up

  1. Go to the Dextego sign-up page and register with your work email. Personal email addresses can't be used to sign up.
  2. Choose a password with at least 8 characters.
  3. Verify your email using the link we send you.

Create your organization

If you're the first person from your company, you'll be asked to create an organization. Enter your Organization Name and Website URL, and optionally upload your logo (up to 5MB). If a teammate already set up Dextego, ask them to invite you instead so you join the same workspace. See Invite teammates and manage roles.

Complete onboarding

The onboarding takes under two minutes. Depending on what we already know about you, we'll ask for your LinkedIn profile, your company website, and your role. Your AI assistant, D, then asks a few questions to tailor your coaching: what you want to improve, how you'd like to be coached (Direct & Tactical, Empathetic & Supportive, or Analytical & Data-Driven), and whether to start with sales coaching or leadership coaching.

For sales coaching you'll pick the call types you run (for example Cold Call, Discovery, Demo or Negotiation) and your methodology, such as SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler or Consultative.
