Terms of Service of Dextego Users

 Welcome to our website, which offers Dextegoapp as an application for download (the "App"). By using the App or our website, you agree to these terms of service (the "Agreement"). 

License Grant 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or commercial use in accordance with this Agreement. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 

Intellectual Property 

The App and all content and materials available through the App, including without limitation, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, code, and user interfaces (the "Content"), are the property of us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or the Content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App. 

Age of Users 

The App is not designed for anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not register or attempt to register for an account with us. If our monitoring systems detect that you may be under 18, you will be suspended. 

Nature of Advice.   

The advice provided by the App may be generated by artificial intelligence or other algorithms (“AI”) Drawing a clear line between advice which is “general knowledge” and advice which should rely on the judgment of a trained expert can be challenging. As a result, Dextego may occasionally offer advice that would be better to consult with a human expert on. Please keep this in mind and consult with a specialist where appropriate. Disclaimer of Warranties 

THE APP AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE APP. 

Limitation of Liability 

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP OR THE CONTENT; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; OR (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. DEXTEGO’S MAXIMUM LIABILIITY TO ANY USER OF THE APP OR VISITOR TO THIS WEBSITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 AND THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY THE USER TO DEXTEGO IN THE PRIOR 30 DAY PERIOD.   

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your breach of this Agreement. 

Termination 

We may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the App. 

Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 

Entire Agreement 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us with respect to the App. 

Changes to this Agreement 

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
