At Dextego, we are dedicated to building an AI Coaching paltform that prioritize fairness, equity, and transparency. We recognize the ethical concerns associated with artificial intelligence and are committed to addressing them proactively. As a diverse founding team we believe that inclusion and trust are important to harnessing the full positive potential of digital technologies to enable the achievement of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. 

Fairness and equality:

AI development should not exploit, discriminate or bias against any group of people. AI should focus on enhancing the human, not replacing the human. We are continually striving to improve our AI models and data collection methods to reduce biases and provide unbiased outc 

Accountability:

AI should be developed in a way that does not cause harm to the living world. We adhere to best practices in algorithm development to identify and mitigate biases in our AI systems, ensuring that our technology is as unbiased as possible 

Transparency:

We are transparent about our efforts to mitigate bias, and we regularly update our stakeholders on our progress. 

Privacy and security:

No one should have their rights to privacy abused in the creation or deployment of AI systems. Any data used for training networks should be compliant with local  privacy legislation  and be securely stored.  AI systems should be secure to prevent tampering for example to introduce bias or other undesirable traits.

We invite our users, partners, and the AI community to collaborate with us in ensuring that AI technologies benefit all, without discrimination or bias.
