This is my biggest pet peeve

"It's hard because you as a salesperson, want to present and you feel like things could not, it could go in a wrong way if you ask too many questions or if you seem like you don't have something to say. But in my experience, what I've seen in a lot of sales calls is that we're not listening to our prospects. We're not trying to solve their problems. We're trying to sell them, which is fine, like that's what you're there to do, but... there is this human in front of you that is trying to get from point A to point B. And I think there's not enough just trying to understand the situation."
